Help with primary antibody - (Oct/14/2014 )

Hello, i'd like your opinion...A primary antibody stock for WB which is stored in -20o C was left for 3 hours in room temperature.Is gonna be functional??

Probably, there might be some loss of function, but remember that antibodies work at 37 (body temp) so they are pretty stable usually.

No problem for most antibodies.
