Transient transfection in huvec - (Oct/14/2014 )

Hello , i 'd like to ask if anybody can suggest me a kit/reagent (except for lipofectamine) for plasmid transfection in huvec.

I have found the lipofectamine family to be quite toxic (apart from RNAiMax), Try Fugene HD, PEI, Calcium phosphate precipitation, or an electroporation method.
