EGFP expression - (Sep/30/2014 )

I have cloned EGFP under the control pspac promoter and lac operon system and made L. monocytogenes mutant with this.  I used IPTG, an analog to lactose, however I could not get EGFP expressed in the culture.

I'm not familiar with a pspac promoter or L. monocytogenes, but assuming that expression of your plasmid in this organism is a well documented system then my bet is that there is a problem in your gene sequence. Have you had your plasmid sequenced?
