Separaing double stranded dna - (Sep/18/2014 )

HI, i have a double stranded DNA which i want to use as primers, is there a way to separate the two strands to perform independent linear PCR reactions? by this i mean completely separating them, not simply the denaturation that happens during pcr.

Certainly not in any way that is easier than ordering them from IDT, for example.
