PCR Products not run well in the GEL - (Aug/25/2014 )

Dear All

Here I have a problem with my PCR product;  When I run my PCR product in the TEA Gel elctrophoresis, sharp bands were appeard but dusk like sturucture present through that bands.

Ethidium shadow is the most likely explanation - Ethidium bromide migrates in the opposite direction to the DNA, creating a darker area at the bottom of the gel.
