Qubit Nanodrop Quantifications - (Aug/23/2014 )

I did my standard curve using qubit.

but my field samples(serum) will be quantified by NanoDrop;

Question:

Is that a problem? Have I make my standard curve again using Nanodrop?

It would probably pay to do that. You could just check your standards on the nanodrop and see how far they are out.  Note that both methods are relatively imprecise, so don't be surprised to see some error in there.
