re-revealing ELISA - (Aug/12/2014 )

Hi,

When i was revealing my ELISA plate today (adding TMB substrate for HRP peroxidase) i have noticed a high background. Then i looked at the substrate cointainer and it was light blue (in absense of enzime normally it's translucid). I thought that i could probably used by mistake the same container for HRP before, so the reaction began. So, i washed the plate five times with washing buffer and added substrate solution again. Then, the background dissapeared and it looked acctually well.

What do you think about it? It was OK? I might lose sensibility after washing?

Thank you for reading, hope you give me your opinion

it should be okay if you included standards on the plate.
