acutally with your information you can not even resolve the problem.

All you know that you have an old tube that says: 10.000 microgram/ml of streptomycin + 10.000 units/ml oif penicilling.

What is the end concentration you want?

I am guessing (but this is a guess) that the end concentration is just 1 x the tube (so the tube has to be diluted 100 times), This is however a guess since I do not know if the tubes were made for your kind of experiments....
