How to increase protein expression from in vitro transcribed mRNA - (Jul/11/2014 )

I'm trying to drive as much expression from an IVT transcript as possible.  What are some modifications I can make to the mRNA that may allow this.  I know about WPRE but are there others that could potentially help?
