FITC conjugated phalloidin staining of cells on microcarrier beads - (May/19/2014 )

Hi,

          I m working on microgravity based cell culture on microcarrier beads. I m trying to visualise F actin in huvecs cultured on dextran based cytodex microcarrier beads. I tried staining the beads with FITC conjugated phalloidin. I m getting very high background from the beads. and hence I m not able visualise the cells on the beads. HAs anyone encountered such problems? Any help would be appreciated
