Primer Design for RNA probes - (May/06/2014 )

Hi! Can anyone help me design a primer for a PCR product that will include a specific 5'UTR region? I am trying to make a probe for an in situ hybridisation experiment.

(I've got the sequence and am trying PRIMER BLAST, but I'm not sure how to make it include the region I want. How do I get the Forward From: to and Reverse From: To: to work?)

Try the original Primer3, you can specify target regions of excluded regions by marking the sequences with < > < > characters. 

PrimerBLAST uses the same algorithm, but doesn't support this. You can check selected primers in PrimerBLAST later.
