Taqman probe in a LightCycler 480? - (May/06/2014 )

 Someone have a standard protocol for taqman probe in a LightCycler 480? I mean, I need the instructions for the LC 480?

You need instructions for the master mix (polymerase etc.) you use, temperatures, duration. Also probe specification (but probably FAM), to which you set the detection filters (I think it's called like "Single .. something fluorescent probe" setting)

You can set any instructions in LC480, within any combination of filters (that you probably won't need, it's either FAM or a FAM/VIC combination).
