HRP antibody choice - (Apr/16/2014 )

Hi

I want to detect a Human protein

what second HRP antiboy should I use Mice or Human.

Should I use  the 2nd HRP antibody according where the first was produced from (mice or rabbit or goat...) or pick the 2nd HRP antibody according my protein origin (meaning Human)?

Your secondary needs to be against the species in which the primary antibody was produced. And your primary antibody need to be sensitive to the human protein you're detecting.
