I can't seem to find any vendors for monovalent streptavidin online.

Does anybody know from whom this protein can be purchased?

We reported the engineering of monomeric streptavidin (not monovalent tetrameric streptavidin). The binding affinity is lower but there are also some advantages. Depending on your application, the monomer may be of use.
