DOSE RPMI 1640 with additives more better than without? - (Mar/31/2014 )

DOSE RPMI 1640 WITH l glutamine and HEPES and NA pyruvate and high glucose more better on cell culture than with l-glutamine only?i haven't started my research yet, if i use this type of media from the start will improve the quality and count of isolated PBMCS FROM BLOOD????or the result not differ from media with only L- GLUTAMINE

It depends on the cells!  If you are already growing them in RPMI with only L-glut as a supplement, then you should continue with that unless you have a very good reason not to.
