purpose of 65 degrees incubation overnight after beads elution for CHIP - (Mar/30/2014 )

hello guys,

i am new in performing CHIP assay, i want to ask a simple question on the purpose of incubating the sample after beads elution at 65 degrees overnight.

also, what universal primer can i use just  to check if i have finally eluted my dna and captured my dna fragments by my antibody? or should i simple run a small amount of my clean eluted dna in an agarose gel?
