Has anyone experience with the BioAssay Systems Bilirubin Assay kit (DIBR-180) - (Feb/21/2014 )

Hi eveyrone,

I need to measure total bilirubin in rat plasma samples with the BioAssay Systems Bilirubin Assay kit (DIBR-180).

Does anyone have experience with this kit?

It does not look like it allows to run a standard curve which seems odd to me.

i'm not familiar with the kit but in looking over the procedure it doesn't prevent you from running a standard curve if you want. but, with the assumption of linearity, they give a simple calculation to determine results after reading water, a blank and a calibrator, rendering a standard curve unnecessary.
