software for making RNA secondary structure - (Feb/13/2014 )

Does anybody know which free software can be used for making RNA secondary structure? I used DNAman, it is ok but one arm of the structure is covered by the other one. I need to make some note on the sequence for that arm underneath, but I could not edit the structure and put it forward. So, I am wondering if there is another software that I can use. Thanks!!

I have put a picture of RNA structure in my post. Who knows how to make this kind of structure of RNA? Many thanks!!
