Mitochondria Experiment - (Feb/06/2014 )

Hello everyone,

    My problem involves mitochondria. I have found a compound that i believe disrupts mitochondria metabolism. However this is just theory. I need a experiment. I could use a study of a protein maybe, but mammalian mitochondria have more than 1000 proteins.. its hard to find one to study alone. Or use the compound and observe with oxygen electrode.

   Can i have some ideas from you guys?

way back, we used oxygen electrodes to study things that affected mitochondria. simple to set up, use and compare results.
