Hi-
I have an insert in pENTR 221 and need to transfer it to pDEST 53- how do I accomplish this??

If you post maps (or FASTA sequences) of the two plasmids and indicate where your insert is (restriction sites) then you will receive help. Also indicating what your insert sequence is would be helpful, so that we know if there are any restriction sites within it.
