Hi!

i trying to include triatomine antena in metachrylate, but the results is no good. Someone have any sugestion to fixation and inclusion to chitin rich tissue?

One way might be to soften or even remove the chitin (dechitinising). There are protocols available to do this. One way would be using concentrated sulphuric and heating it up. Or using an enzyme (chitinase)...
