Problem in Reviving U87MG - (Jan/14/2014 )

Hello everyone,

I am working with different cell lines. My U87MG stocks are not reviving following a standard protocol. Please suggest me solution for this problem.

Someone probably froze the cells the wrong way.  Why don't you buy another vial.  Try this:  http://www.addexbio.com/productdetail?pid=71

@Annusha: Probably this is not an issue any more after 3.5 months but just in case you or anybody else looks it up:
1. Details of the protocol ?
2. Did you take care to thaw the cells quickly ? If it took to long this can cause problems.
