I really need some help. I have 100uM Primer Stock. I want my final concentration to be 4pmole/primer in a 25ul volume for a PCR reaction. Can you please help me?

1ul Primer (100uM) in 999uL water is 100nM.
1uL primer (100nM) in 999uL water is 100pM.
Can you figure it out from here?
