Can anyone tell me whether there are some software can analyze the 3' and 5' untranslated sequence of a gene and give me some regulation information about the gene, or some web provid such service? Thank you!

To characterize 5' regulatory sequence, you can search for putative promoter, transcriptional factor binding sites. There are many online tools allowing you to submit your sequence for such analyses.
