ELISA coating calculation - (Oct/08/2013 )

Hi all, 

Please help me with this.

I have coating material with concentration 1.48mg/mL. I need to dilute it to 2ug/mL to coat and my final volume is 40mL. So is this correct: I will add 54ul of coating material + 40mL of PBS ???
