What are the effects of using collagenase and dispase to digest tissue into cells?

There are many enzymes that we use to digest tissue. Some are more effective than others and can be used in combination.

Generally speaking researchers will follow a published protocol. However even in these circumstances you will have to optimise conditions i.e. concentration of enzyme, length of exposure, temperature, rate of shaking etc
