hi 

i need to ask ,one silly question, 

can i run urea gel in sds PAGE apparatus in TBE buffer, as i dnt have special tank for urea gel with upper and lower tank.

i need to check my sirna with biotin labelled probe.

kindly guide if some one knows

certainly. the apparatus is for general page purposes. any type of vertical gel can be run in it (just be careful about heat).

we use our page apparatus for a range of procedures (eg-native, sds, urea).
