Drugs that cause DNA double strand breaks - (Jul/23/2013 )

I am looking for drugs/agents that cause DNA double strand breaks. I would like to use them in cell culture. Etoposide and Doxorubicin, are these good or are there better drugs? Typical treatment is 4-8hrs or 12-2hrs?

I have used Dox, it works well, but is very toxic, I would say go for the shorter time points.
