Transfecting three plasmids into hES cells - (Jun/28/2013 )

Hi,

I would like to transiently transfect 3 different plasmid DNAs into human embryonic stem cells by lipofectamine. If cytotoxicity is not a huge issue, what amount of each plasmid would you use in a well of 6-well plate.

any suggestion is appreciated.

I think what matters is the total amount of plasmids transfected. You can use a high dose that does not cause huge cytotoxicity.

2 ug for each plasmid, and 6 ug in total
