Queries on probiotic application - (Jun/17/2013 )

Recently i have send a paper for publication, and on of the reviewer have been question this:

If probiotic is not a stable one and has to be mixied daily to chicken feed, then how about pratical use?

Please somebody help me to anwsering the question.

So the question is - if you probiotic is not stable, how useful/annoying/costly will it be to chicken farmers to have to make it up fresh each day in with the chicken feed (think about volumes required of feed and probiotic)
