ultracentrifugation trouble - (Jun/11/2013 )

hi all

I used this L optima 90K ultracentrifuge...by mistake I created the vacuum after completion of centrifugation (removing the rotor from the centrifuge) and then switche doff the centrifuge completely.

will this harm the ultracentrifuge..I am really worried...please help.
