Growing certain number of bacterial cells in LB - (May/30/2013 )

Hi all,

I am trying to grow around 150 E.coli cells in 200 LB. Anyone knows how long it takes to turn into exponential phase?

The time taken will depend on the strain, the age of the colony picked, the temperature and aeration.
