Primary antibody - (May/28/2013 )

Hey guys,

I left my primary on shaking in the fridge for a week. Just remembered today! It has been shaking in a glad wrapped dish for the whole week. Is it alright to probe for secondary or would there be a lot of nonspecific binding since?

just go ahead, but there will thick background. you must wash well before adding secondary.
