Extraction of Transmembrane Proteins - (May/21/2013 )

Hi everybody,

I will start to analyze E-cadherin by Western Blot. I am not sure about the extraction methodology. There is any special issue for the extraction of Transmembrane Proteins or can I use RIPA buffer as usual?

Has someone any special tip?
