Primer Efficiency across runs - (May/08/2013 )

Hi,

When running serial dilutions for testing primer efficiency, in this case for use with the Pfaffl method, do they need to be run on the same plate as the samples you are testing? I had allways thought of primer efficiency beign a property of the primer design, but I guess this must interact with running conditions to a certain extent.

I think they should be run on the same plate.
