How to prepare stock solution for drugs - (Apr/11/2013 )

hi all,

i have a qeustion, i have buy Bucuculline 50mg, how to prepare the stock, i need 1.0 mg/kg for the tests. in the cases i will use 6 mice. how to calculate.

well do you need to inject the mice just once? Or you need to use it more often? (needing aliquots or not...?)
You also need to know the average mass of the mice....
