Does anyone know or use any kind of loading dye for qPCR?

Isnt loading dye for gel electrophoresis? or is it what you want to do..

Yea it is. am looking for something similar for the qPCR so as to give color to the wells and then i know i wont make mistake of putting my sample again in the same well.

Check the Luminaris qPCR master mixes from thermofisher scientific. Master mix is blue and you can add yellow die to the template solution so you get the color change in the plate (preferably white - this was the reason to make the colours in the mixes).
