Check contamination - how to sterilize vector - (Mar/15/2013 )
Hi
I'm just wondering is any contamination test for transfection the cells at the same time?
I want to know if there is any contamination It's for my media or from my vectors?

You can sterilize the vector by adding chloroform, mixing and then letting the chloroform evaporate.
