How to choose what statistical analysis to use.... - (Mar/08/2013 )

Hey!
So im looking at the changes in drug resistance of an ovarian cancer cell line when exposed to two different populations of exosomes (and a control without exosomes), and different concentrations of cisplatin. From this I will create a kill curve, but I want to use a statistical method to analyse and compare all three curves as a whole, rather than just comparing different points on each curves. Is there way to do this?!
I hope this makes sense!
Thanks

Fit the ‘kill curves’ to a 4 parameter Hill equation, for which there are a number of past discussions on this forum. Chances are that the only parameter that varies is the IC50 which you can then use compare between your three curves.
