Hello

I'm a 3th year student Medical Microbiology
I love to read about my field.


Does anyone has good tips for a book?
I have Cowan and steel manual for determination.
Teri Schors Understanding virusses
Tortora and funke Microbiology

I wanna widden my knowledge so please give a tip :P

I'd recommend a good bacterial physiology text. My favorite is Neidhardt, but I believe it is out of print. White is the current popular text, but I don't like it as well. You should be able to get Neidhardt used.

Fields Virology (B. Fields, D. Knipe eds, Lippincott and Raven) is the classic virology text for detailed understanding of all viruses. I think they are up to 4th edition now, and 4 volumes, but any of the editions are good.

Mim's "Pathogenesis of Infectious disease" is also good.
