Protein concentration of a labelled membrane protein - (Jan/27/2013 )

Hopefully somebody could help me out...

I have labelled a membrane protein with a probe (atto655) and I want to know the protein concentration.

As the protein is a membrane protein I have detergent present (tritonx100) and so can't use Abs at 280 nm.

The dye absorbs between approx 550 and 700 so I can't use a bradford or BCA assay.

Is there any other assay I could use in this circumstance?
