Incomplete digestion of plasmid with single enzyme - (Jan/17/2013 )

If we load uncut plasmid on agarose gel, we see 3-5 bands. But if the plasmid is digested with one enzyme and apart from the expected band you see very faint other bands also . Does that mean that the plasmid is still uncut and it shows the other forms on gel?
