collagen coating of transwell inserts - (Jan/08/2013 )

Hello,

I seeded the Caco2 cells in transwell inserts to do a permeability assay in 21 days. I just forgot to suck off the collagen solution that I had used for coating, before I seed the cells. Will it make a big problem for me or I can still count on the cells? I don't know how seriously it affects the forming of cell monolayer and the permeability results.
Thanks in advance!

I think just remove them, wash them and re-culture to get an even monolayer.

Thank you!
