Can anyone recommend a good stable expression vector for human colorectal cancer - (Dec/03/2012 )

The vector would need to be fairly cheap, show good levels of stable expression and be compatible with cell lines such as COLO205 and HCT116.

pcDNA3 or any of that series work well. It is available from invitrogen, but many labs already have it
