human lymphoblast culture - (Dec/02/2012 )

Hi;

I am new to research world and would like to learn more about human lymphoblasts culture techniques, and general rules used in tissue culture. Can someone direct me to good book / articles from where to start? I found many books, but I do not know where to start - I have bachelor in biology and psychology and currently taking some graduate classes but not directly related to research and I just have a chance to work in a lab with human lymphoblasts, however this is totally new to me. I will appreciate any help and guidance.
