what is the differences between species and cultivars in phylogenetic tree?

Can you specify the question more?
The biological differences of species and cultivars should be clear, so depending on the markers used cultivars of one species might group together whereas the distances between species might be higher. As cultivars are very similar up to that they are clones, you might find no difference between them.
