Analysis of mutation - (Oct/08/2012 )
I have a few missense mutation strains for a gene encoding enzyme POX. There are no known phenotypes for this particular gene to check effect of these mutations. How do I go ahead in characterising the mutant alleles. Please provide me some suggestions on the same
