What types of amino acids would be in what places in the molecule on order to be embedded and floating in the phospholipid bilayer? (Refers to an integral membrane protein)

Trp, Tyr and Phe are strongly liked. Also other hydrophobic residues. But check this paper in which they compare the contacts different proteins make with lipid bilayers:
