Extraction of RNA from HEPG2 - (Sep/20/2012 )

Guys,
has anyone worked with HEPG2 before for extraction of RNA
Does it needs B-ME addition to lysis buffer (contains alot of RNAse)
how ug of RNA can be obtained from 1X10⁵
Does any one know???

If you are using trizol or phenol to extract, you shouldn't need any RNase inhibitors. However, havn't worked to HepG2 for RNA though.
