Fibronectin coating - (Sep/17/2012 )

Hello everyone,

I have a general question regarding coating tissue culture plates to culture cells on.

If you are coating plates to culture human cells, is it standard to used human-derived coating solutions (e.g. fibronectin), or would coatings derived from another species also work?

Any should work - the proteins are essentially the same.
